Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a hybrid designer and strategic thinker to join a fast-paced, concept-driven team at the forefront of design innovation. This is a unique role positioned at the front end of design — where ideas are formed, narratives crafted, and experiences imagined across architecture, interiors, and masterplanning.
This role suits someone from a background in architecture, interior design, urban design or brand experience who thrives on storytelling, interdisciplinary thinking, and early-stage ideation. You’ll help define what comes before the brief — working across global studios on speculative ideas, design strategies, and pitch provocations.
Responsibilities
* Shape creative strategies for early-stage projects spanning buildings, interiors, and masterplans
* Develop pitch materials, vision decks, spatial frameworks, and concept narratives for real and speculative opportunities
* Translate abstract inputs into tangible ideas — from user journeys to spatial concepts and branded experiences
* Collaborate with a global network of architects, designers, strategists, and visualisers
* Work across sectors including residential, workplace, civic, education, and mixed-use
* Communicate big ideas clearly — whether through copy, storytelling, or presentations
* Contribute to the evolution of a strategic, globally connected design innovation team
Requirements
* 5–8 years of experience in a relevant design or strategy field (e.g., architecture, interiors, creative branding within the built environment industry)
* A portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking, narrative skills, and early-stage ideation
* Ability to connect ideas across spatial strategy, brand story, and user experience
* Comfortable with ambiguity — with a curious mindset and clear communication
* Strong storytelling and presentation skills — visual, verbal, and written
* Proficiency in InDesign and Keynote (Figma, Illustrator or similar tools are a plus)
* Experience in brand strategy, user journey mapping, or experiential design frameworks
* Interest in emerging technologies and speculative workflows
* Experience collaborating across studios or international teams
