Employment Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm - Essex

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Essex is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on high-quality contentious and non-contentious matters within a supportive firm offering flexibility, progression, and a competitive salary package.
The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and engaging caseload, including:
* Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
* Handling Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
* Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, and restructuring processes
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Advising on TUPE transfers and business reorganisations
* Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law
* Strong technical knowledge across contentious and advisory matters
