Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces (clean, sand, prime) for painting
* Apply paint, varnishes, and stains to interior and exterior surfaces
* Ensure smooth, even, and professional finishes
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Work with a variety of paint types and finishes
* Collaborate with other team members to deliver top-notch results
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Painter (residential)
* Ability to work with different painting tools and equipment
* Knowledge of color mixing and various painting techniques
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A passion for quality craftsmanship
Bonus Points for:
* Certifications or training in painting
* Experience with specialty finishes (e.g., murals, decorative coatings)
