Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer

A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team at a high-volume production facility in the County Durham area.

Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing machinery and site equipment
* Fault finding on electrical systems including PLCs, drives, sensors, motors, and control panels
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
* Minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are maintained
* Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
Requirements
* Apprentice trained or formally qualified in Electrical Engineering
* Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Knowledge of PLC systems and automated machinery
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment
* Multi-skilled experience would be advantageous
