This is a rewarding role for nurses who are passionate about delivering holistic, patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're already experienced in emergency care or looking to gain valuable experience in SDEC, we would love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

As a key member of the Frailty SDEC team, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to older adults presenting with frailty syndromes.
