An opportunity to support a localernment organisation where they strive to provide exceptional services to ourmunity. My client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented customer service advisor to support the repairs team to ensure a smooth operation.
Your new role
1. Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance tasks
2. Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelypletion of work
3. Maintain accurate records of all repair activities and update relevant databases
4. Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in administrative roles
7. Strong customer service andpliant handling skills
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
