About the Role
As a Regional Director at Bright Horizons UK, you’ll lead operations across multiple nurseries, ensuring excellence in people management, quality, and growth. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, support nursery leadership teams, and uphold our high standards in care, education, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and support nursery managers to deliver outstanding service
* Implement strategies for people development, growth, and pedagogy
* Ensure safety, compliance, and operational consistency
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing on key projects
* Use data and systems to drive performance and innovation
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing 15+ sites in a regulated sector
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and change management skills
* Track record in team development, compliance, and service excellence
* Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and data fluency
