Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a mature, highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join their team, with a good few years in the industry. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for cars and excellent sales skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Must know how to manage the finance side.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Assist customers in selecting the right car by providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.
4. Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, financing options, and additional product offerings.
5. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Experience:
* Proven experience in used car dealerships or a similar role is preferred.
* 5+ years experience would be preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to upsell products and services to maximize revenue.
* Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication over the phone.
* Ability to problem solve issues of customers.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
