Temporary Receptionist / Administrator

We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Administrator to provide temporary cover at a busy office in a Care Home in Brighton & Hove. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills who can confidently manage reception duties while supporting the wider team with administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a friendly and professional front of house reception service
* Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and enquiries
* Handling general administrative duties including emails, data entry and document management
* Managing meeting room bookings and supporting office coordination
* Ensuring the reception area remains organised and welcoming
Requirements
* Previous reception or administrative experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
* Reliable and able to work independently
