The Role
We are seeking a confident and skilled Private Associate Dentist to join our growing clinical team. You will work alongside experienced dental therapists and a supportive clinical team to provide a wide range of private treatments in a setting that values quality over quantity.
This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys a varied clinical workload and wants to focus on more complex cases in a low-pressure, well-supported private practice.
Clinical Focus
* Complex and advanced restorative treatments including:
* Root Canal Treatments (RCTs)
* Extractions (including surgical where applicable)
* Crowns and bridgework
* Complete and partial dentures
* Implant restorations (placement if experienced)
* Treatment planning and case management in collaboration with therapists
* Aesthetic and cosmetic procedures (optional based on interest)
* Building long-term relationships with a growing private patient base

What We're Looking For
* GDC-registered dentist (UK)
* Experience in private or mixed practice preferred
* Strong clinical skills across RCT, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and implant/restorative dentistry
* Excellent communication and patient management skills
* A passion for modern, ethical private dentistry
* Implant or cosmetic dentistry experience is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £42,613.38-£147,451.54 per year
