* Research and qualify new leads using internal tools and external sources.
* Conduct proactive outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients.
* Support early-stage client relationships and coordinate meetings with field sales and subject matter experts.
* Contribute to bid defenses, strategy sessions, and proposal development as required.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports to support sales planning.
* Create tailored sales content and gather experience data for pitches.
* Stay current on IQVIA's solutions and industry trends.

Degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
* 1-2 years sales experience
* Knowledge of the pharma/life sciences industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
