SALARY: Between £24,500K - £28K per annum (depending on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing
The role involves the resolution of customer disputes, subsequent analysis of the cause of the disputes, and identification and implementation of solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
Responsibilities
* Resolve customer disputes to ensure payment, communicating via phone or email.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify preventable causes.
* Improve processes in collaboration with finance, ops, and support teams.
* Document and refine work instructions and procedures.
* Generate and analyse dispute‑related reports.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm. Fully office‑based with potential for hybrid working post‑probation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in a credit control, billing, invoicing, customer service resolution or a similar role.
