What were looking for:
Experience: 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor or Consultancy experience welcome)
Contracts Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Passion: A love for civil engineering, highways, and major infrastructure projects
Your role will include:
Preparing cost estimates, contracts & bills of quantities
Negotiating contracts & schedules for optimal project delivery
Monitoring project costs & timelines to ensure efficiency
Advising on legal, risk & dispute resolution matters
Building strong client relationships
