Person specification Were looking for an experienced Commercial Professional With strong commercial/procurement experience and knowledge across the commercial lifecycle, including the UK public sector. Providing advice on Companies House procurement policies, standards, processes, and practices in line with the Sourcing Playbooks, including the UK procurement regulations Experience and knowledge of several of the types of agreements stated within the category. A track record of successfully delivering commercial / procurement projects to meet strategic goals. Proven experience of driving and supporting complex transactions and developing innovative solutions that meet organisational objectives within the commercial, procurement and contract management environment. Ability to work across teams and business units, bringing people together to achieve a common objective whilst creating an effective network and building trust. Have well developed interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of communicating to wide audiences from across the business and the supply chain. Experience of influencing key stakeholders and suppliers at a senior level within a commercially focused environment.
