The Headteacher and Governors of St Luke & St Philip's Church of England Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant with experience in a busy school office. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service, ICT, and communication skills. We are looking for a well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated, and passionate individual committed to providing excellent support.

The successful candidate will:
* Hold GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
* Care passionately for all children, supporting those with barriers or challenges.

* Have knowledge and experience of safeguarding, behaviour, and pastoral support.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills with all school stakeholders.
* Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
