Global Programme Renewals
* Create and agree on the annual service plan for each international client.
* Formulate and agree on the renewal data gathering strategy and timeline.
* Provide input into strategy meetings with clients, brokers, and insurers.
* Work with insurers and broking teams to establish local and master policy requirements (limits, cover, nuances, issuance of local policies, etc.).
* Identify local nuances such as tariffs, wording restrictions, local retentions, etc., in collaboration with insurers.
* Agree on or establish KPIs with insurers regarding policy and certificate issuance, premiums collection, and cash flow, including post-renewal reviews during stewardship meetings.
* Assist in premium allocations to ensure benchmarking with local norms and compliance with tariffs.
* Negotiate and agree on network fees.
* Communicate group programme details to broker networks and local client operations as required.
* Manage insurer administration of local policies, including timely instructions to fronting companies, communication of status to clients, and monitoring issuance and invoicing processes.
* Attend meetings with local brokers and clients on local and global insurance issues as needed.
Local Programme (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers)
* Communicate the group risk purchasing philosophy to local brokers and clients where appropriate.
* Produce analysis reports of local policy summaries to ensure:
o Compulsory covers are purchased.
o No duplication with the global programme.
o Local policies align with the global programme.
o Adherence to group risk purchasing philosophy.
o Compliance with remuneration parameters.
* Collaborate with clients and local brokers to maximize WTW Global Network appointments on local lines.
* Agree on and manage local broker service requirements with clients.
General Advice
* Provide information on admitted/non-admitted policies, compulsory covers, local policy requirements, and regulations.
* Advise colleagues, prospects, and clients on the operation of the global programme and insurers' capabilities to deliver global solutions.
* Serve as a knowledge focal point for insurers' international expertise and processes.
Qualifications
* Preferably educated to A levels with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
* Preferably hold or be working towards professional qualifications such as ACII.
Skills
* Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office).
* Comprehensive insurance and underwriting knowledge.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Professional demeanor with clients and insurers.
* Excellent client service experience.
* Analytical skills with the ability to recommend solutions.
* Understanding of operational processes supporting client service delivery.
* Experience with data analysis and presentation at an intermediate level.
