About the role Heads of Department at Norwich Theatre plays a crucial leadership role in managing and overseeing a specific area of the Theatre's operations. This key senior management role works strategically to develop and articulate Norwich Theatre’s brand, vision and strategic priorities to enhance brand profile, drive audience engagement, and drive acquisition and revenue growth Overseeing the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams, you will lead the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre’s whole offer. About you You are likely to have significant experience in sales, with a strong record of achieving goals and driving success, together with experience in marketing campaigns and knowledge of communications for the purpose of brand promotion, sales or audience/customer base development. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance, whilst promoting an inclusive positive working culture will be key for this role.
