New & Used Vehicle Preparation Technician Jaguar Land Rover
Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting, we are looking to recruit a new and used vehicle preparation technician to join our Jaguar Land Rover team based at our site in Hereford. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, including working 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (43.5hours week).
You will assist in the preparation of new and used vehicles received at Jaguar Land Rover Hereford preparation centre. You will be required to carry out new vehicle PDI's and used vehicle multipoint checks which will include the fitting of accessories and carrying out routine servicing and maintenance.
We offer an excellent basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £39,000 plus benefits.
To be considered for this vacancy you will have prior experience in a similar role as either a Fully or Part qualified technician.
In the role you will be required to:
1. Carry out pre-delivery inspections to New and Used cars to Jaguar Land Rover standards.
2. Carry out mechanical repairs on new and used cars to Jaguar Land Rover standards.
3. Visually inspect the exterior and interiors.
4. Report all defects to factory ordered options.
5. Fit accessories
