IT Support Analyst required to work for prestigious brand based in Central London. The role is based onsite 5 days a week and you will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment.
IT Support Analyst Requirements
* Comfortable being hands on with dealing with telephony, Wi-Fi, hardware, networks and general office equipment.
* Able to be adaptable to dealing with lots of different scenarios on a daily basis.
* Willingness to work weekends and late nights when required.
* Outstanding communication skills.
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities
* Monitor and track support performance across a variety of metrics.
* Address issues across a variety of different sites.
* Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions and roadmaps of how to implement.
* Work cohesively with MSP's to ensure outstanding service levels are maintained.
* Outstanding attention to detail at all times.
* Demonstrate problem solving skills at all times.
