Our Corporate division is now seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join the NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER HR team. Some essentials for you to know are:

Contract Type: Maternity Cover

Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head of HR in managing operational HR topics across the assigned business unit
* Advising, coaching, and providing first-line support to line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
* Providing HR advice to employees on all matters
* Maintaining organization and associate data in internal systems
* Supporting processes within the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, promotions, and off-boarding
* Assisting with year-end processes such as performance evaluations, salary reviews, and bonus planning
* Supporting recruitment activities within the business unit
* Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes and analyzing HR metrics for improvements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-2 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced, diversified environment (preferably in E-Commerce or Luxury industries)
* Deep knowledge of UK labor laws and regulations
* CIPD qualification or equivalent (highly preferred)
* Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects and advise management
* Strong Excel and MS Office skills
* Workday knowledge (a plus)
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Initiative, problem-solving skills, and accountability
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
* Results-oriented with good time management and organizational skills
