Salary range: £39,186 - £46,464 per annum
Work location: Oxford, North Oxfordshire, South Oxfordshire. We are an agile working organisation; you may be required to work from office base or remote locations depending on the needs of the children and young people we support

Main duties of the job
Our Family Solutions Plus (FSP) service is based on the Hertfordshire family safeguarding model and Hampshire CAST model, with Adult practitioners, Mental Health, Domestic abuse and substance misuse workers working closely with our social workers to ensure that you spend more time with children and their families.
Our FSP service has 17 teams spread over North (Banbury, Bicester, Witney), Central (Oxford) and South (Didcot, Abingdon, Farringdon, Thames & Wheatley).
1. As part of our team, you will:
2. Focus on successful outcomes using relationship and workbook approaches.
3. Empower children and young people using motivational interviewing techniques to ensure their voice is heard.
4. Engage in regular group supervision and be supported with individual supervision so that you feel well equipped.
5. Support 16-18 children as an experienced social worker and no more than 8-12 children as you progress in your ASYE programme.
6. Support fewer children if you are an oversees social worker to ensure you understand and feel confident in UK practice standards.
