The Role
You’ll be leading SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll have ownership of technical SEO audits, keyword analysis, performance tracking, and will be expected to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of SEO strategies.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and troubleshoot performance issues.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and other key metrics; report on ROI and growth.
Collaborate with developers, content creators, and account teams.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Keep up to date with SEO best practices and search engine algorithm changes.
Tech & Tools
GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl
CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, JAMstack
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
What They’re Looking For
~4+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
~ Proven track record managing multiple projects and delivering results
