Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Food Production and coffe worker and barista. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and production of high-quality food items. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for making food preparation, cooking, and baking, (not necessarily experienced we love mantain our secret recipe thereforewe will provideanyway a full training) longside a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
* Assist in the baking of goods, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
* Preparing drink and serving food. (front of house )
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and service of meals.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
* Participate in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas for new dishes.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Requirements
* Proven experience in food production or preparation within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on cooking and baking techniques.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for food and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
