As a Lettings Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:
7. Booking appointments for Inspection Consultants
8. Liaising with tenants and landlords via phone and email
9. Negotiating deposit returns and resolving any disputes
10. Handling incoming enquiries and providing updates or solutions
11. Signposting queries to the appropriate team when required
12. Ensuring all work is carried out professionally and efficiently
To be considered for the Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:
13. Previous experience in Lettings, Tenancy Renewals, or Property Management (essential)
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Highly organised, confident, and able to prioritise effectively
16. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
