You'll work closely with the wider finance team to ensure cash is accurately recorded, allocated, and reported. Your responsibilities will include: Processing and allocating incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining clean, accurate ledgers Chasing outstanding balances and resolving payment queries with customers Supporting month-end processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and audit support Maintaining accurate financial records within the accounting system Responding to finance-related queries via email and telephone Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required About you We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and keen to learn. You'll be confident working with numbers and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
