We’re looking for an experienced Trade Sales Advisor to join us in Hartlepool and help grow our national trade customer base in the home improvement and interiors sector.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
* Manage a portfolio of trade customers (up to £25,000 spend per account)
* Identify and convert new business opportunities via calls, email, and online channels
* Provide tailored product advice and quotes to meet customer needs
* Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
* Handle queries and objections confidently
* Maintain customer data in our CRM
* Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in trade, construction, or interiors)
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable cold calling and developing new accounts
* Organised, target-driven, and customer-focused
* Proficient with CRMs and digital tools
