Role Overview:
In this role you will work within our Guest Services Contact Centre function to deliver high impact, relevant and interactive sales training to new starters and existing agents.
This pivotal role will involve:
* Designing, delivering, and embedding sales training including the Princess Service Standards modules for new starters and existing sales agents within our Guest Services department
* Coaching Guest Services teams to strengthen their sales mindset and behaviours
* Acting as a Salesforce champion and delivering training on new salesforce features and tools.
* Partnering closely with Global Training, Workforce Planning and Commercial teams to share insights and ensure training priorities align with current business drivers
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

* Experience of delivering high impact interactive sales and upskill training programmes in virtual and in-person settings to help drive commercial targets
* Demonstrable experience of improving sales performance or conversion through training and coaching activity.
* Ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
* Strong content development and facilitation skills
