We are seeking Mechanical minded individuals who hold a passion for maintenance. Whether your experience is maintenance of ships, cars, tanks, lifts, generators, or similar mechanical industries.
Your practical mechanical experience is key\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nMinimum 1 years' experience managing and coordinating operators\n\nSkilled in diagnosing mechanical issues through systematic troubleshooting techniques.\n\nProficient in taking apart machinery to understand its components and functionality, as well as reassembling it correctly to ensure optimal operation.\n\nA keen eye for detail, which is essential for identifying faults or inefficiencies in machinery and ensuring precision during assembly and disassembly.\n\nA commitment to ongoing improvement, which may involve suggesting modifications to existing machinery or processes to enhance efficiency, safety, or performance.\n\nAbility to work effectively in teams, sharing insights and collaborating with others to implement improvements and resolve mechanical issues.\n\nWhat would be your key responsibilities?\n\nTake the lead for first line maintenance of several production machines including operational decisions to achieve targets\n\nIdentify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machinery.\n\nAccountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.\n\nUsing diagnostic tools and methods to identify the root causes of problems.\n\nCoordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targets.\n\nAssisting operators with daily productions tasks to ensure line targets are met.\n\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\n\nWork with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.\n\nJoin a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today\n\nBest-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.\n\nAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\n\nAbout Mars\n\nMars is a family-owned business with more than $35 billion in global sales.
