Im working with a leading organisation in the global real estate and property services industry, supporting occupier clients in transforming how they manage, optimise, and experience their real estate portfolios. Our Global Occupier Services division delivers strategic, operational, and digital programmes across the UK and EMEA.
Your Role
As a Programme Manager within the PMO team, you will play a central role in delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes for occupier clients. You’ll bring structure, pace, and clarity to delivery, owning the day-to-day running of programmes while working closely with PMO Leads for guidance and support. From governance and controls to stakeholder coordination and reporting, you will ensure programmes run efficiently and deliver meaningful outcomes. As you develop in the role, you’ll have increasing opportunities to take ownership of programmes, lead teams, and contribute to the growth of the PMO offering.
What You Need to Succeed
I am looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You will bring:
* 4–6 years’ experience in programme delivery, PMO, or project management
* Experience within the real estate or built environment sector
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
* Confidence in leading discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing outcomes
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
