Responsibilities
- Assist Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
- Provide clear information regarding account management, transactions, and product details.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and customer support processes.
- Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and industry trends to better assist clients.
- Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation expenses covered.
- A passion for helping others and a desire to contribute positively to a team environment.
