Requirements
Join our dynamic Transformation team as an experienced Project Manager with a 12-month Fixed Term Contract! In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our projects, ensuring their successful completion and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive projects efficiently, keeping them within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Marketing and Product Marketing teams in implementing an innovative global go-to-market strategy for our platform, leveraging Agile methodologies as appropriate. Define project scope, develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, identify dependencies and critical paths, proactively address risks, and ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and deliverables through regular updates and reporting.
* Design and manage the marketing and product marketing plan for the global launch of our new platform. Create detailed project plans, assign tasks, oversee budgets, and allocate resources for content creation, digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Keep stakeholders informed about project status and challenges.
* Oversee the development and localization of marketing assets such as web content, brochures, and case studies for the global launch, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy. Track translation progress, maintain quality standards, and adhere to budgets and timelines.
* Track and evaluate KPIs related to marketing efforts for the platform launch, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations. Use dashboards and reporting tools to visualize progress and performance, delivering updates to senior management and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications.
* Experience managing marketing and go-to-market projects on a global scale.
* Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with effective collaboration across diverse teams.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
