Responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality services for large national infrastructure projects and frameworks, working for blue-chip clients and the public sector.
* Growing workload through bidding, proposal writing, resource deployment, and managing infrastructure projects with existing and new clients.
* Working across sectors, supporting internal design teams and external projects both within the UK and internationally.
* Managing and delivering key accounts.
* Providing technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and safety assurance services.
Your Team
We are a national team of health and safety professionals managing construction safety and safety assurance services across the UK and internationally. Our clients include government bodies, blue-chip organizations, and infrastructure developers. We foster an inclusive culture that promotes development based on ambition, performance, and delivery.
What We Are Looking For
* Extensive experience in a consultancy delivering construction and business assurance services.
* Experience managing and developing junior team members.
* Proven delivery of CDM duties and support services for both designers and clients.
* Experience conducting audits and inspections for premises and management systems.
* Skills in management system reviews, audits, and development.
* Experience in developing commercial proposals and project setup.
* Relevant qualifications and professional memberships.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects and teams.
