Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

Provide technical support to media staff and students, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and resources. Responsibilities include issuing and maintaining media kit, overseeing risk assessments for rooms and student shoots, and resolving technical issues to support high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and support practical training sessions, developing learners' technical skills.
* Maintain, repair, and prepare equipment and facilities to a high standard.
* Support teaching staff and students.
* Manage inventories, liaise with suppliers, and assist with capital bids and procurement.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and COSHH records.
Essential Experience
* Level 3 qualification (or willingness to achieve) in a relevant subject.
* Practical industry experience and recent knowledge of the specialist area.
* Experience working with young people aged 14-19.
* Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* First Aid certificate or willingness to train.
Desirable Experience
* Willingness to train to drive a minibus.
* Health & Safety qualification or willingness to train.
