Overview
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have or be able to obtain security clearance eligibility to access UK Ministry of Defence establishments, working within ITAR and Export Control restrictions.

Our contract at Brize Norton with the MOD states we will provide a continuous service to cover 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to the Royal Air Force, to maintain and ensure airworthiness of their fleet of aircraft. Based within Airbus' customer organisation - AirTanker, you will report directly to the Part CAMO Manager. The main responsibility of this role will be to collate, sort, audit and administer all technical records and documents in accordance with AirTanker's procedures.
Responsibilities
* Collect all paperwork, sort and distribute to relevant members of the Technical Services department for review.
* Audit all Sector Record Pages (SRPs), Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft or flight operations.
* SRP management and update into relevant documents.
* Create and distribute all corrections to the relevant departments.
* Carry out Quality checks on documentation.
* Update Technical Log Books with applicable chapters and ensure quality.
* Report monthly metrics on SRP errors.
* Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
Qualifications / Experience
* Proven experience within a similar role.
* Aviation / military aircraft experience is highly sought after; other closely matched industries with relevant experience will be considered.
* This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
