The store manager is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets targets, and delivers a strong customer experience. The role blends leadership, operations, and commercial awareness. The manager will ensure the team is motivated, hits targets by driving excellent customer service, monitoring stock levels and availability, preventing loss and conducting stock takes.
Required qualifications:
* Sales-driven, commercially focused with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Strong people management skills, able to handle challenging situations and be a hands‑on leader.
* Team-focused and enjoys developing others.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £37,000, plus monthly bonuses. This is an FTC role to cover a maternity leave, starting from September/October 2026.
