About the role: A typical day for a could look like this: Managing the end‑to‑end supply chain with a calm, organised approach — negotiating delivery dates and reviewing supplier transactions Building strong, trusted relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners so communication stays open and collaboration feels effortless Negotiating pricing and terms that balance value and quality, and spotting cost‑saving opportunities Reviewing supplier performance, running regular check‑ins to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance Overseeing logistics and delivery plans — keeping forecasts accurate, supporting partners when issues arise, and making sure materials arrive when they’re needed Leading escalation processes with clarity and confidence whenever challenges arise Who we are looking for: To succeed as a Supply Chain Manager, we do need you to have experience of: Supply Chain management experience within an Engineering industry Confident with data analysis and interpretation. Ability to understand requirements planning processes. Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
