We are an Ofsted Outstanding independent specialist day school supporting young people aged 10-19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as Autism Spectrum Conditions. With around 75 students, our nurturing and inclusive school has recently expanded and undergone a refurbishment to meet growing demand.
We are seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to work in our secondary and college division. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a supportive learning environment. Children are offered an education that will support them, encourage their development and build their confidence. Working Monday to Friday (9 AM - 4 PM), you'll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that tailors education to each student's unique needs.

Requirements
* Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable not essential)
* Teaching Assistant/ LSA experience (desirable)
* A desire to support SEN learners with complex needs in a school environment
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
* Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
