What You’ll Do Deliver first‑opinion medical and surgical care, including preventative services and treatment of sick and injured patients. Perform clinical examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning aligned with patient welfare and evidence‑based practice. Undertake soft tissue surgical procedures, with exposure to more advanced and orthopaedic cases depending on experience and development goals. Contribute to orthopaedic case management, including diagnostics, peri‑operative care, and follow‑up. Work in line with RCVS standards, maintaining patient safety, pain management, and clinical governance. Communicate treatment plans clearly to clients and collaborate with veterinary nurses and non‑clinical team members. Participate in the practice rota, including shared weekend cover.
