Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our finance team and play a critical role in managing the company's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of debts owed, minimising credit risk, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts independently. Confidently handle card payment processing over the phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection guidelines. Proactively pursue outstanding customer debts via email, telephone, or written correspondence, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong customer relationships Minimise bad debt exposure by promptly identifying and reporting detrimental changes in customer behaviours and detrimental changes in risk Ensure that 7-Day letters are produced and issued.
