We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial office fit-out project in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in office/commercial fit-outs, with particular emphasis on high-quality joinery finishes and attention to detail through the final stages of the project.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing office or commercial fit-out projects
* Strong eye for detail, especially on joinery and finishing trades
* Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and site quality
* Confident driving works through to practical completion
* SMSTS and First Aid required
