We require a full-time Administrator to work within the Cambridge Adult Locality Team at Union House.

This is not a remote or hybrid-working post, applicants will be expected to work from Union House.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative service within the team, including word processing, organise clinics and associated appointments, telephone work, maintain filing in both paper and electronic records and inputting and updating service user information.

As part of this role and if you meet the eligibility criteria there will be the opportunity to complete a Level, or Apprenticeship qualification. As part of the apprenticeship you will achieve a national recognised qualification and gain experience in administration in a health care setting. An apprenticeship is a framework of qualifications made up of an NVQ, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills in Mathematics and English. Undertaking an apprenticeship qualification is a great way to progress onto the next step on your career pathway.
