What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
* Experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
* Warm, patient and imaginative approach to teaching
* Strong understanding of phonics, early reading and child-centred learning
* Flexibility, positivity and a real commitment to pupil progress
