Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
Deliver Engaging and Adapted Lessons – Modify curriculum content to suit a range of abilities and learning styles.
Support Individual Learning Needs – Create EHCPs and ensure tailored support for each student.
Encourage Personal and Social Development – Help students build confidence and independence.

Monitor and Assess Progress – Track student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Who We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN or willingness to train.

Excellent Communication Skills – Confident in liaising with families, support staff, and external agencies.
