The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join us. This is a key role leading the warehouse operations, installation projects and transport compliance across our UK logistics network.
If you have experience of managing a delivery and installation team, can prioritise a varied and ever changing workload and are calm and focussed under pressure then this could be the job for you.
Description
* Manage installation planning and execution across diverse UK sites ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
* Lead and develop warehouse, installation, and transport staff, fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture
* Conduct Quality Assurance checks on all furniture upon delivery and upon dispatch
* Perform on-site assessments to evaluate service delivery, safety, and compliance adherence
* Lead transport planning, routing, and driver allocation
* Administer Operator's License and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
What will help you succeed
* Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, and installation management
* Strong grasp of UK transport regulations, Operator Licensing, and tachograph analysis
* Expertise in quality assurance protocols and site evaluation methods
* Competency with logistics software, fleet tracking, and compliance systems #
* Time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
