Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to mortgage and protection advisers.
Act as a central point of contact, liaising between clients, lenders, and insurance partners.
Keep client files updated, ensuring cases move forward efficiently through to completion.
Manage telephone and email enquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
Maintain accurate data using systems.
Assist with the preparation of documentation, reports, and compliance-related paperwork.What We're Looking For
Enjoys working closely with clients and building positive relationships.
Works in a structured and organised way, with strong attention to detail.
Is proactive, reliable, and confident managing your own workload.
Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and online platforms.Requirements:
Experience within mortgages, financial services, or insurance (preferred but not essential)
Familiarity with the mortgage or protection advice process. (preferred but not essential)
