Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business based in Doncaster that has a national presence. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be working as part of the financial control team.
This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial control, regulatory reporting, statutory accounts and funding, working closely with FP&A, Finance Change, Treasury and Operations.
Responsibilities:
* Owning monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
* Preparing and reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Delivering regulatory reporting
* Supporting statutory accounts and internal/external audits
* Managing the loan book funding process and liaising with Treasury
* Acting as the key finance contact for FP&A and Operations
* Driving process improvement across financial control and reporting
Key skills / qualifications:
* Qualified accountant (2–3 years PQE or equivalent)
* Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
* Financial Services background, ideally with regulatory reporting exposure
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
* Advanced Excel skills and strong data handling capability
* SAP experience preferred
