About the Role
We are looking for motivated and resilient individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Review Lead Generators. In this role, you will be contacting customers of large life insurance brokers and encouraging them to review their current life insurance policy.
Your goal is to speak with customers, identify those interested in reviewing their cover, and generate qualified leads for our advisers.
This role suits confident communicators who enjoy sales, are comfortable with high-volume cold calling, and know how to turn “no” into “yes.”
Pay & Earnings
* £30 – £35 per accepted lead
* Weekly pay
* Average earnings: £700+ per week
* Daily cash incentives available
Key Responsibilities
* Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
* Speak with customers about reviewing their life insurance policy
* Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
* Generate qualified leads for our advisory team
* Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
* Previous cold calling or telesales experience
* Ability to handle large call volumes
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Must have:
