We’re partnering with a bold, culturally driven experiential agency redefining how brands engage with youth audiences globally. They’re looking for a Creative Director to lead pitch-winning ideas and high-impact campaigns over an initial 3-month contract.
The Role:
You’ll lead creative across standout student and youth-focused campaigns—shaping strategy-led, culturally connected ideas that live in the real world. This isn’t a traditional ATL role; we're looking for someone who thrives in brand experience and content-led environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead concept development and pitch creative for major experiential campaigns
* Collaborate across strategy, content, and production teams
* Deliver compelling decks with strong narrative and creative vision
* Guide and mentor junior creatives and freelance teams
* Ensure all work is grounded in cultural relevance and youth insight
About You:
* Senior creative with proven experience in experiential and youth culture campaigns
* Confident leading large pitches and bringing ideas to life across multiple channels
* Strong in either art direction or copy (or both), with a strategic mindset
* You must have examples of culture-led, youth-focused experiential work—this is vital
