About the Role
You will deliver engaging, tailored learning experiences that empower students to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Your day may include:
* Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
* Supporting learners with EHCPs and complex needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Working collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team
* Encouraging independence and real-world readiness

* Qualified Teacher Status or strong SEN tutoring experience
* A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
