The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support to pupils across the year group. Responsibilities include:
• Providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups
• Helping deliver engaging learning activities that align with KS2 objectives
• Supporting children with additional needs, ensuring inclusive access to learning
• Assisting with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and daily routines
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and a positive attitude to school life
